satisfied with your purchase, send it back to us within 30 days for a full
refund, less the shipping cost. Returns
made after 30 days will exchanged for store credit.
To send an item back to us,
please enclose the Bodegon Cubano.com invoice, which arrived with your package.
You may use any shipper you like, but we recommend purchasing tracking and
insurance, as Bodegon Cubano.com cannot be responsible for lost return
shipments. Shipping fees for returns are the customer’s responsibility and fees
are non-refundable.
Once we receive your return package, please allow 1-2 weeks for processing. We
will send you an email notification when your refund has been processed. Your
refund will be issued according to the payment method you selected for the
original order.
